@chreddy Please, do enumerate all of the different abilities this game "stole" from Metroid Dread. Because I just finished playing Metroid Dread, and about the only things I saw were "there's a grappling hook" (which tons of other games have), and "there's a missile launcher" (again, which tons of games have), and "there's a dash" (also not a Metroid Dread invention.)
What I DID see were a ton of things that you cannot find in Metroid Dread, like real melee combat - including air combos! - multiple characters, a remote drone, and like a dozen other things that gasp aren't in Metroid Dread.
@Indominus_B [removed] What possible motivation could they have for lying? You say they want attention, COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT THAT THEY REQUESTED ANONYMITY. Tell me, how do you square those two things? How can someone want attention while also wanting to remain anonymous? Did you even stop to think about that for a second before you dumped all of your envy and bitterness all over the page for everyone to see?
Your "he doesn't know suffering compared to these other people" argument has no actual basis in any real reasoning. PTSD can be caused by ANYTHING the person in question finds traumatic, and there are plenty of people in this world who lack your callousness and find imagery like that to be disturbing as hell. If you actually knew anything about mental disorders, rather than just talking out of your butt like a stereotypical internet armchair expert, you'd know this. Trying to dismiss his suffering because other people in the world have it worse is to miss the whole point. Someone ALWAYS has it worse, just like someone always has it better. Would you like it, if every time you went through something horrible, people just told you, "get over it, you've got it easy compared to <whatever>"? No? Well remember that, because what goes around, comes around.

@topher6490 Yeah, you enjoy doing that. I'll be over here, playing 100 fun new games instead.

The confirmation bias is strong with this one.
Re: MindSeize To Bring Metroidvania Sci-Fi Action To Switch Later This Year
For a game with such nice pixel art, every other graphic element in this trailer was pretty cringe-inducing.
