Re: Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light

Do not underestimate this game because I did LOL I thought it was going to be a piece of cake to finish (Not true. So not true! LOL). I really like this Final Fantasy game! I had it in my game collection for a very long time without going beyond the beginning part. There are different jobs with their own and similar abilities that are represented by crowns/hats. One of my favorites was the Beastmaster ability that required you to turn your entire team into animals to fully use all abilities. BM crown got me out of so many tough boss fights. I recommend this hidden gem to everyone. I'm also happy that they carried on the style of this game with the Bravely Default games. Bravely is the spiritual successor of 4 Heroes, which makes me so happy! LOL

I got to say this is such an underrated game! Honestly, I've never heard or seen anyone else talk about FF 12: Revenant Wings for DS. The game is kind of like Pikmin, and I recommend this game to RPG fans!

I'm going to give my honest opinion of Epic Mickey. I'm not a Disney hater or some crazy saboteur. This game could of been better. The art and story were great, but the game had too many problems. I really did enjoy seeing how they used Disney characters and theme park rides (looks like same idea Disney rides is going to be in new Kingdom Hearts). What took me by surprise was that they used the old Disney comic books; I thought that was a great and unexpected idea! I have to mention Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. I've seen Oswald before but I never knew the story behind this character (I later found out what happened to him, and I want to know how Disney brought his back. Another artist owned the rights to Oswald back then and Mickey was created as a result of not being able to use Oswald. That's another story! LOL)
This game had too many glitches, not always clear where to go, too much shading in levels, Mickey would fall into a hidden space and couldn't get out, he would get stuck within a level (game would move on & I found weird way to get to next part after trying everything I could think of. Trust me, even with lots of research, I still couldn't figure out how to advance in game), and the same enemies throughout the entire game made it boring. I can see how lots of people would give up on trying to finish this game. I later heard that EM 2 was just as broken as the first one and better to skip it-I won't even play EM 2.
I also bought the Epic Mickey Wii Mote charger; that thing did not work. It looks really cool, but I later discovered that many other people had the same experience as I did.
I really hope they come out with a part 3 (or an RPG!!!) as a way to redeem themselves. I love the story behind this game and I love that Mickey has his paint brush that he uses as a weapon and tool!
