I know its a game on its own right etc, but people you really should be playing Sonic 3 & Knuckles, it's the True sonic 3! and it beats the crap out of Sonic 2.

Europe gets games before USA with exception of zelda n super metroid? Ha

Personally think the USA SNES design, controllers and cartridges are horrible and no-where near as good looking as the PAL/Japanese version.

[This and Smash bros brawl and Super paper mario] ladies and gentlement, are the reason I imported a Wii from America.
I'm sick of Europes later release dates and higher prices.

There's not going to be anything new on the VC ever (WiiWare is not VC)

However I beg to differ as Sonic 3 is half a great game (the other half being Sonic & Knuckles. Combined they make the all mighty Sonic 3 & knuckles!

I'm very suprized this isn't out yet, it's out on GBA NES classics and an unlockable in Metroid Zero mission, and on Metroid prime I believe.

I might attempt this some time, will no doubt use maps or something as it looks really difficult compared to other 2D metroids. I have completed Zero mission however.

I attempted to finish this on my dads Xbox emulators but he sold it when I was half way through, then borrowed my friends SNES version and got half way through and the save deleted.
Finally last weekend I completed it for the first time, 7:12 hours, 84% which isn't too bad.

Main thing though is that I enjoyed the whole thing, except madridia but I have a deep hatred for Water in videogames, I don't think there any exceptions either! Maybe ecco, but i only like mucking about on it.

Anyway it was a very good game, I will purchase it when it comes out on the VC and complete it again, I love beating up mother brain now and again! =]

Now I look forward to a NEW 2D metroid, bigger and better than Super metroid.

Yoshi's island although easy and short was a blast to play and I shall get it when it's inevitably released. More interested in Yoshi's island though.

The rumble wasnt essential, i played without it, an exclamation mark bubble came above Yoshi while sniffing when he finds something.
