I know they're the official ¨solutions¨ given by nintendo so far, so that´s even more grievous

This is a nightmare, resetting the cache, changing DNS (actually that worked...ONLY ONCE), making a new internet connection, etc, spamming the download button like crazy (that worked like two times) ...this sucks...nintendo customer support is a joke...I have a ton of games that I already bought and now I can´t download anything!!
