You can obtain the Satori fabric after finding every Bubbulfrog and obtaining the subsequent Bubbul gems and handing them all over to Koltin.
There is a racing minigame near the Southern oasis in the Gerudo Desert which awards you with a Gerudo fabric upon beating it.
This is speculation, but since there is a Gerudo fabric, I am wondering if there are fabrics for the other 3 regions/races (Thus the Rito, Zora and Gorons)
