Nintendo will release all their VC games on Wii on 3DS at once at some point (maybe even when the Wii U arrives).

That Club Nintendo account will come in real handy once they link accounts (I mean actually link for crossover downloads between Wii, 3DS and WiiU).

It's bound to happen. And that means awesome SNES games on the go along with all the other choices on VC (I didn't buy many at all, to be honest...)

The more people dismiss, the likely it is to becomes true. C'mon people, say this is all trash

I think the pictures makes this think look big because the described dimensions makes it sound a smaller than what it appears. I was hoping it would be a clip that connects to the side and the slide pad would be under the face buttons so it'd be very thin and comfy.

Have to get my hands on this to even judge it right.

Well, I'm willing to pay a monthly fee for an online DQ game over WoW.

As long as the game is stable and has no issues plaguing it. I can't wait to play this game. I hope DQXI goes back to the standard DQ fare- maybe a small online mode that sort of replicates the local play of DQIX.

Hope one Golden Sun makes it in. Also, Mario Golf Advance Tour is an amazing game. Power Tennis disappointed me in terms of comparing it to Golf- how it was handled. But still loads of fun.

Sword of Mana would be cool too, also published by Nintendo. Mario&Luigi would defintely be cool to have.

Oh, and how about Pokemon Pinball RS?

Baten Kaitos has to be true! Monolith! Please let it be true! It's the only thing I can think of in terms of the game being developed is the third in the series.

Actually, Nintendo has plenty to do with whether or not this comes to NA (which it will). Remember that partnership SE made with Nintendo to bring the DQ games and promote them heavily in the states? The last few DQ games were published by Nintendo.

This one is going to be the same. Since it was confirmed last year, anyhow, that Nintendo of America will be publishing this game.

Star Fox 64 is one of my favorite games of all time. I must have played through it 30 something times (Campaign).

I did enjoy SF Adventures and Assault. I just wished Assault was strictly flying, because the on-foot gameplay is better when you're playing against someone else.

No. The Dragon Quest announced for 3DS last year was not specifically that rocket Slime spin-off. It was simply refering to the Dragon Quest series as a whole coming to 3DS (if you look very closely, it even says Dragon Quest series, and to the left, Final Fantasy series). And 3DS is pretty much getting two games from the Final Fantasy series- a rumored 4 Warriors of Light sequel that was in line with MHTriG and that rhythem game from Sega- the latter which came true.

Hope more info is shared on the 3DS DQ too. I'm real excited for DQX and cannot wait to see where they take it. Hope it doesn't take too long to localize but it seems like it might be the case

Uhm, yes. There is way to attach the second pad, people. The AV port? They can do a Wii Motion + stunt and have the attachment have a port for the charger so you can charge and play with the second slide pad (Wii motion plus had a port to connect the nunchuck- basically 2 things connected to the remote at once.

That makes the most sense of where to put it, but the attachment has to be real flat so you can close the 3DS with the pad still in. It's entirely possible, so don't go freakin' out now.

Whether or not it will happen is the only thing that's keeping it from actually being real. 01net seem to be casually and nonchalantly bash Nintendo and the recent rumor of WiiU sounds.. well, whatever. Has nothing to do with the final product and it's too early to even worry.

I'm just very curious to see what the big title could be. Nothing is bigger than Smash Bros, so what is it?

well, maybe the Mother games because of how popular and sought after they are in Japan (with a fan base even bigger than Advance Wars and even Pikmin here in the states I'd say).

Kirby 3DS would steal the show for me. But bringing back Nintendo's old franchises such as Balloon Fight and Ice Climber would make my day.

Hopefully, Nintendo will launch an update for 3DS that brings text messaging, voice chat (across games), video recording as well as a player to watch videos from the SD Card. I'd love that.

No. It's just MH sells Sony's portables. Units sold have really nothing to do with anything in this case. and because Capcom enjoyed the success of Tri- they know Nintendo fans would want MH on 3DS.

If Apple does acquire Nintendo I'll be disappointed about Apple's products being too overpriced and kinda.. fragile. Well, iPods are sturdy. Not so much the others.

Even then, Nintendo would never allow Apple even if they could afford Nintendo- Microsoft couldn't, neither can Apple. And with the way Apple's products work with revision after revision and how these revisions add "more power" which affects apps, sometimes most, I wouldn't be happy.

Anyhow, can't wait for this announcement. Anyone heard about the two new Fire Emblem games- two versions? That's exciting. Rumor, but exciting and plausible.

I don't know why some people are saying eShop is the same as Wii Shop when it isn't. At all. It's a big forward step over Wii Shop. Definitely. And downloads are faster (on my end, at least).

Hoping this game comes out. DQX is definitely coming here in NA considering NoA's push for the series. I know NoA is bringing this of the other two here. I just don't see the reason not to. And I'd like to see an epic game like this on 3DS.

Earthbound. It keels Chrono Trigger. I played it, but it never really hooked me much. Willing to give it another go but I'm not head over heels about the game. Earthbound- that's a master piece imho.

No, avoid the DS version. It was the first time i played Rayman 2 and although I liked the game, you're better off playing the 3DS version, 64, Dreamcast or download the PSone version off PSN on PSP or PS3.

I have enough games on my other consoles and because it seems to resemble the console versions, I'll gladly pick it up no problem.

I wonder how Japan's VC is turning out... They always get the best end of the stick. I'm surprised that there is 3 DSiware games a week. Hopefully, this happens for original 3DS titles. I really want that Wild West- armadillo game (and Nintendo's new IP that will obviously be overlooked- just as their other new IPs recently).

Please pick up the pace with the GB VC. Unless the games are so old that there may be licensing issues. Bring out Kirby's Dreamland 2, Pokemon Puzzle League, Dragon Warrior 3, Wario Land games, Kirby Star Stacker, G&W series (2 and 3)... Oh, and Dragon Warrior Monsters!

As long as Microsoft doesn't lay a finger on them (aka buy out Nintendo), then I'd be.. kinda okay. It's just now I'll be paranoid about my console not working at some point and no Nintendo console ever failed me...

I'm interested for sure. But I really want to see Soul Calibur on 3DS. They are beautiful games- visually and it's soundtrack.

I recommend Wario Land and Excite Bots to be the next- even though you can get them for $20 at Best Buy.

Oh, and maybe Metroid Prime 3. I got the Trilogy set for $20 on sale at Best Buy the same year it came out for Christmas. Best $20 I've spent. Next day, it shot back to $50. Maybe Nintendo will think of selling Metroid Trilogy + Other M for $25 or $30 to celebrate Metroid's 25th? Stranger things has happened.

It looks nice but the textures look.. unfinished. Jill's character model looks more complete (on the ship) than the screenshots of these characters shown now. Anyhow, still looks impressive.

They should be colored Red, since the card seen in the picture looks very similar to Nintendo Points Cards here in America. Maybe it's different... Most likely.

I think the 3DS had better launch games than DS. Remember how bad it was then? There's more better launch games on 3DS than DS launch games.

Anyhow, I'm not concerned much about the success of the 3DS, especially with this price drop. iTouch and other tablet devices won't really kill the 3DS- lack of software as well as creative software will. I'll be keeping my iPod Nano for music and 3DS for on-the go gaming (and at home, since I have a preference of hanhelds vs home consoles). I'll also avoid gaming on my phone (simple messaging phone to be upgraded to a smartphone possibly). I'd probably get a smartphone for web browsing or even use it as a hotspot to connect my 3DS online

No problem carrying 3 devices feeding off their own battery than just one.

And of course, this is just my situation that I'm sure there are those who'd agree or be in a similar situation.
