How about this Nintendo? All 3ds or 2ds owners can use their handheld to control wiiu console. Nintendo release a cheaper wiiu for such owners. Wiiu sales rocket and 3ds owners can use wiiu or 3ds software!! Win win situation. Then nintendo release a 3ds game adaptor for current or future wiiu customers.
