I loved my sea green 2ds. No loose hinge, no tn vs. ips gamble (crappy tn was the default I believe, so you sorta just settled with it). I’m sure the nostalgia goggles are strong for me, so I’ll just continue to float off into 2ds dream land…
I have been loving the game on Switch, but the bugs are a plenty. Several hours into my first play through, I got the “Black Fog bug” that softlocked me from progressing in the game. At first i was going to hold off starting a new game until an eventual patch, but I finally decided to start a new game and haven’t had any game breaking bugs since. The developer has stated that a patch is coming. I’d usually ream a game for being pushed out too soon, but I’ve been enjoying so much of what i’ve seen so far from the game that i’m more forgiving of its faults.
@PosterBoy Ah, I was reading IGN’s Switch version review as well, and they were able to get into the online aspect a bit more. I got the two reviews mixed up.
@williamfuchs420 @snatcher Strange, I just timed it, like a nerd, on my standard Switch. For me, it’s about 3 seconds for the death screen, then 2 seconds if you press A to return to the main entrance, or about 1.5 seconds if you press X for a quick restart.

Re: Soapbox: No, Mario Wonder's Most-Annoying Character Isn't The Talking Flower
I’m easily annoyed, but I find the Poplins to be extremely cute. When my wife asks me a probing question now I simply respond with “la laa”.

Within the Online mode, can you match up with your Switch friends or is it just randos?
Re: 25 Games That Are Better On Switch OLED
