I must have just lucked out. I bought a random drive and stuck it in a cheap enclosure when I bought my WiiU 2 years ago. 450GB of installed games later everything runs perfectly, never experienced any issues or performance problems with any games
Personally I'm not bothered by the lack of voice chat really although I can understand why some people are. I like the "canned messages" approach of Mario Kart but I'd like to see a wider range of messages available and I reckon another mode where you have like a soundboard on the gamepad in game would be pretty cool
<offTopic>Perfect Dark didn't require the expansion pack... without it ran in low resolution and with the expansion pack, you have the option to run in high resolution, albiet with a considerably worse frame rate</offTopic> <onTopic>DK64 is still great fun... having a few issues with the camera but I'm putting that down to muscle memory confusion with the c buttons being replaced with a stick</onTopic>
