@Firebird360 It's the alternative to membrane buttons, the buttons that have been on controllers since the beginning.
A microswitch is a clickable button that has more resistance. I don't know how to explain it, but I don't like it on controllers.

The GB Advance has membrane buttons and microswitches on R and L.
