@SwitchForce Buying digitally is way more convenient. Not everyone cares enough about saving money to sacrifice the convenience.

Also, I've bought plenty of used games online. eBay and Amazon can be a middleman for used games just like GameStop. GameStop isn't even an option that most people consider anymore, and it's still around. It's already obsolete and soon it will be dead 🤷‍♂️

Re: Some History About ILCA, The Japanese Studio Working On The Pokémon Diamond And Pearl Remakes

The initial disappoinment you'll see some "fans" expressing stems from the inevitable and completely expected response of those fans never being satisfied with anything, even when they get what they ask for. Those people suck at managing their expectations. But just like with SWSH, none of it will matter, because the game looks amazing and is going to sell well regardless of the negative Nancy's. The faithful recreation is exactly what I'd expect from the Gen 4 remakes. I love Pokémon in every art style, and I'm very pleased with the 3D sprite aesthetic they're going with. It's going to feel very fresh yet nostalgic at the same time. I was starting to not expect any Gen 4 remakes at all, and I couldn't be more excited with what we're getting.

Re: The Pokémon Company Reveals Top 30 Pocket Monsters, According To Japanese Twitter Poll

Thats literally just proof that polls like this don't work. Whether it's just Japan or worldwide, there's no way that Dedenne is the most popular Pokémon, among other obvious outliers. Barbaracle was another giveaway. Whether it's a fan campaign to vote for specific Pokémon or something else, an accurate list like this seems to be simply impossible. Which really ruins all the other polls that I thought were accurate in the past. Can't trust a single one of them now. We may never know what the actual 30 most popular Pokémon are.
