@Willsy @premko1 lol nope, it didn't change anything at all, all the exploits that worked on 13 still works. Most likely they decided to fix a final few bugs once and for all.
@Anti-Matter From what I understand, the region lock is baked in quite deep, and is unlikely to be removed with a simple patch. Even consoles with hacked firmware had issues playing out of region for a long time.
