My favourite is Area 6. You're almost at Venom and they're trying everything they can to stop you. It's a lot of fun to blow up the large ships and the mines at the start. The boss initially annoyed me but I've come to like it over time. It also has my favourite music from the game. The visuals of Sector X in the remake blew me away.
Star Fox is so good. Maybe we'll get a completely new game if it does well enough. I really like Star Fox 2 and would like to have some aspects from it used in a new game to a greater extent than 64 did. Back when Fox was announced for the Mario Galaxy Movie I was kind of hoping for a remake of 2 but it was just 64 again. I'm still really happy with it, though.
@samurro There actually is a demo of Undertale that was released with the Kickstarter. It is old and I couldn't get it working on modern macOS but it is working on Windows 10. You can't transfer your save data to the full game but it's short so it shouldn't matter much. undertale.com/demo
I played the demo on my TV and didn't have any issues with it. I'm still on the fence about getting this as I'm not done with Star Fox yet and Splatoon Raiders is coming soon. It is rather cheap and I haven't played Rhythm Paradise before so maybe I will get it.
I'll probably be getting this, but I'm a little dissappointed there's no split-screen (despite there being no previous indication that it would be in the game). I was hoping the Switch 2 would be powerful enough for it. I felt like split-screen would be perfect for Salmon Run and this game is like that. There's not even GameShare. Maybe in Splatoon 4. I'm still excited for it regardless.
This game's soundtrack is phenomenal. The end of Wii's Rainbow Road sounds very similar to the end of All About You by T-Square, which is funny as I already thought that multiple Rainbow Roads sounded like it. My brother even said that it sounded like Rainbow Road when I got him to listen to it.

@samurro Fair enough.

@samurro Also, Undertale is very cheap on Steam right now.
