I own the game. It's actually not bad, I find it relaxing. I wouldn't say it's anywhere as good as Breath of the Wild and the world isnt as interesting, but it definitely has the sense of being able to run for a long time and explore new areas.

I should also say I'm a fan of those 'walking simulator' games that take place in scenic nature locations. So this is kind of a mix of that, a 'running in landscapes' simulator with some enemies, obstacles and collectibles thrown about.

I'd say 7/10

Everyone has an opinion. Mine is that this game is flawless. The difficulty here reminds me of oldschool NES/SNES games before everything got so damn easy. (Regenerative health?)

Haven't had sore thumbs from spamming the shoot and aim buttons in a long time, and it feels good.

The EMMI's remind me of ALien Isolation - you really have to get good at stealth, and if you die - you start right over pretty much 1 minute from where you died, and you get to learn from your mistakes. It's not annoying really unless you have absolutely no patience.

I think a lot of the frustration with this game may be the younger generation being faced with a game that feels very retro in its difficulty, albeit with modern QOL improvements.

Got this game when it first came out. Reminds me of TOY Story meets Goldeneye. Nice graphics. Fun arcadey shooting.

Love the attention to detail in all the stages. Really feels like my childhood, going to Toys R Us, spending Saturday mornings playing with GI Joes and Star Wars figures in my backyard.

This game really is amazing and has the polish of a AAA title, especially considering such a small team worked on it. The labour of love really shows through in this one.

I hope more people get this game, otherwise it become a beloved 'cult classic' or 'sleeper hit' of the Switch era.
