Finally got through to Nintendo customer care after a total of 4hrs on/off the phone, was told that my Switch is with Royal mail and it was upgraded to next day delivery but no sign of it, so the guy said I should get it tomorrow. I asked will I be getting any money back, he said I should be getting an email later with information on how much they are willing to give me.
