Its just insane to me that with how much Nintendo has been struggling, they finally put out some products with high demand (AT HOLIDAY TIME NO LESS), and don't produce enough product, or EVEN MAKE A STATEMENT ABOUT AVAILABILITY. Botched pretty bad, this could have been a nice boon for Nintendo. But they seem happy to sit back and let us wonder while people gouge the desperate for $100+ for something thats 20 bucks
Its .49 and I have 1.37 in e-shop credit, so I almost bought it, I mean even the eshop icon tells you its not well made, but I figured it would be at least playable.
But just by reading the last paragraph of review I can tell the ending must be "its just a dream"! (I have not played the game so if this is an actual spoiler not my fault)
I still think new Tetris games have been adding un-needed elements. I still refuse to use HOLD and if the option is there, I turn off the block shadows. Marathon only goes to 15 now?
As far as newer iterations I think the original Tetris DS actually was one of the best packages put out there, so I still use that cart, though honestly I still play 90% of my Tetris on NES or Gameboy
Great job Nintendo - you finally have a product with demand, and you're happy to sit back and let re-sellers gouge customers for $100+ for a $20 accessory. Not to mention its holiday season, and any they produce will clearly be sold.
Were they just evaluating demand with the initial shipment? Fine. But you have your answer now, and people want it.
With the state Nintendo's in they'd be insane to sit on a hot product.
