@VoidofLight sued for what? They aren't infringing on any of Nintendo's intellectual property. This is a generic portable console design, and many other manufacturers (even non-chinese) have used similar designs to this, and that of the Switch. Not only that, this is apparently a Windows based machine, so it operates in a completely different realm than the Switch, or even Nintendo for that matter.
Besides, they have a partnership with Nintendo to distribute the Switch in China; so how would infringing upon a lucrative partner's IP, make any sort of sense?
