@RiasGremory I never said I did but the game is a let down regardless. : )
@AlonditeFE It's now sitting at 80 Metacritic. Er... thanks for the breakdown I guess? You said a lot but nothing of any note imho. This game is a failure by recent Metroid standards. Hopefully, my comment didn't hurt yours or anyone's justification for buying the game.
Look, this game is not a 9/10 game. Nintendo Life need to do better than just give the top Nintendo IPs higher scores than they deserve. It’s sitting at 81 Metacritic for a reason.
@Gabe250 How does one INCREASE the price of a console that NEVER had a price cut in the first place and has been replaced by a successor. It’s greed if you ask me. The PS2 record is important because it would give Nintendo positive news and let’s be honest: they need it like every brand does.
@UltimateOtaku91 Xbox isn’t an embarrassment. It isn’t Sega for one thing. As for Game Pass, it’s the reason why PS+ (remember that abomination during the PS4 era that had people doing petitions against it) vastly improved around the time of the PS5 launch. Nintendo can actually make seriously good money from a Game Pass model. Microsoft charge $30 a month for GPU. Nintendo can do the same and earn silly money. Throw in all the added benefits of Switch Online expansion pass too and I GUARANTEE YOU it will be a huge deal for them.
Switch 1 had the PS2 record in its sights and now it’s seemingly unlikely to topple it.
Nintendo, you will always be the architect of your own downfall. Why would you INCREASE the price of Switch 1 when it was already massively profitable? Unbelievable.

Flaw: Needless open world padding.

@Gabe250 “ that record is something only fanboys care about. Nintendo & the rest of us couldn't care less.”
Er… I like PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox as much as each other. My intention was just to see what it would be like if it happened.
Thanks for letting me know that you apparently speak for Nintendo fans (actually you don’t).
