he isnt cool anymore , Peach didnt even get Kidnapped on Wii U (in NSMBU she was in her castle basically) its just for kids now
i would like to see more Splatoon to be honest
be it a Mario Sunshine with Ink Tank instead of Water ( instead of using the rocket gadjet you could swim up a painted wall )
most Old Mario Fans (my childhood Console was GC , but i played alot Snes and N64 too , and compared to SMW , 3D World , NSMBU and co are just boring , easy and for little kids
new Mario Fans ( Wii and Up ) wont understand why old Mario games would be good
with new Franchises it would be easier , Mario is just getting old , admit it a new Zelda Franchise could have Gender Options , new Story stuff (instead of ganon , there could be someone new ) and MUCH more freedom
and just imagine the hype when nintendo would say they are stomping mario , only release the announced games , and then start over with new stuff
