Nintendo is allowed as the IP holder of their games to pick and choose who they allow to publicly raise or earn money from showing off their games. People can reach out to them beforehand and ask permission and not just naturally assume it will be ok

I am against physical games because PC has been all digital for decades and because they don't have developers manufacturing discs and ship the discs to stores they can offer games for lower prices

The rampant privacy that happened with Switch 1 games caused the downfall of physical games. Nintendo hates piracy and want to hasten an all digital future which I'm totally ok with

Physical sales in general are terrible in comparison to digital sales. So the only thing they will do if they look at the numbers is get rid of physical sales all together

In my survey I told them I love all digital and don't really care about what they do with physical media lol
