I think I read somewhere that you can get to the home menu for the nes Classic or Snes Classic by pressing down and select or down and start on 8bitdo's controller instead of having to hit the reset button on the console. And the retro receiver that's included in the controllers pictured in this article can be used to sync your ps4 or Xbox one or Wii u pro controller and used with either of the classics. They also sell just the receiver if you don't want to buy their controllers.
