I also loved my Wii U. It was the only system that impressed me as much as it did when it first released. So many innovations and so many games that took advantage of them.
I was heartbroken that the gaming media gave the Wii U such a cold reception. In 2020-2023 the only console generation I did not part take in because it was terrible. Scalpers owned the gaming market and there were not a lot of impressive games for the XBOX and Playstation but the hyperbole was so ridiculous.
The Wii U had more games and a more interesting product and it is too bad it never got the momentum it deserved.
