@iN5OMANiAC Except its not Capcom doing it. Its someone who worked on the first two and wants the third to be made. Capcoms not going to do it so his intention is likely crowd fund to be able to get the cash to develop the game and just get approval from Capcom to do so, or get funding in general and rejoin the company to develop it since capcoms whole reason for cancelling it was probably they didn't see a profitable return
