First of all this is just a rumor...But if there are elements of truth in this I would expect it to be some sort of modular console. If the base does not provide extra power why include it? The NX could easily connect to the TV via a wireless connection. Also it DOES not make any sense that the base would provide minimal power increase...otherwise why inflate the cost with a base.

Rather than pay for processing power in each device, you would pay for a single processing core that provides the capabilities you need for whatever device you’re using at the time. Software compatibility would be guaranteed across devices. The base will probably have it's own GPU, so it will "double" the power of the handheld.

@antdickens I can confirm that the comment section is now loading properly with EasyList enabled on Chrome. Now If you could do something about the layout that would be awesome. Maybe a poll about the new changes?

@antdickens I only tested on Chrome. I had the same problem as many others described; instead of viewing the comments I was redirected back the Homepage. The solution was Adblock ---- Options ----- Filter Lists-----and disabling Easylist.

@Rockmin Ghostery works fine if you want to block trackers

@antdickens If you use Adblock and have EasyList enabled the page doesn't load the comments and sends you back to the homepage.

@Kirk and for anyone that is interested you can still use Adblock and view the comments. You only have to go to Adblock's options and un-tick Easylist

I guess the new layout is good for those that are using tablets...but what about desktop/laptop users? I will have to echo some of the comments of my fellow Nintendolifers and cast my vote for the old layout.

@cookiex Just register your 3ds in one of the countries eligible for the promotion and you will be fine. I did the same last year when they run a similar deal and I got art academy from the eshop for free.

That statement is not exactly accurate. Sales did increase, but probably between 200%-300% in Amazon UK (not in Amazon in general). It was Wii U's sales rank that increased by 875% (from 390 to 40).

I watched this as a kid. Forgot that existed though until now! Definitely a buy for me.

This isn't exactly new...they had listed it after Nintendo's announcement for the Earthbound's VC release. I am pretty sure, because I saw it a while ago. Logically they made a mistake...but one can only hope.
