I was definitely hoping for more of a reinvented Super Mario World.... but this will do. I enjoyed NSMB DS so much more than the Wii version... So if the design and mechanics are similar, I'm sure it will be great. Just really wish it was a World game.

And @SuperMinusWorld I also agree, Galaxy is in my opinion, the best 3D Mario title.... They're just amazing games... I think a Galaxy in 3D has unbelievable potential...

@warioswoods I agree entirely... It's all about perspective.. or lack there of, as a kid jumping into this unknown adventure... it was a lesson in 'life'.... being lost and aimless, just trying to figure out what the hell is going on... fueled by the sense of wonder... and overwhelmed by the sense of reward. For me at least

I don't really know of another game that could make me happier.....

They are one... Is Disney over reliant on Mickey? No, because there 'shouldn't' be one without the other.. To me at least.

I've never played a Kingdom Hearts game in my life, sadly. But i'm definitely going to start with this one. I've read quite a few pieces on it to catch up on the story(if that's possible ) But this one looks fantastic.... Famitsu gave it 38/40... second highest in the series behind KH II

Just read the interview article with him in Nintendo Power. Really talented and genuine guy. I had no idea he'd worked on so many great things. This is awesome news. Wish him success in his newest endeavor...

I've been waiting for this since i beat Disney's Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse... one of my favorite childhood games, definitely. This looks beautiful.

This is EXACTLY what the 3DS is missing....

I still can't finish Mario 3D Land... don't see the appeal. My mom likes it And i LOVE Mario games...

OOT 3D was probably the best handheld experience i've ever had....

I still laugh every time i see you guys pluralize math...

And I love to see both Kid and 3DS doing great!

I've really enjoyed it... LOZ:OOT 3D was probably the best handheld experience i've ever had. A bit disappointed with the overall game selection, but it's still been a lot of fun. I took quite a big break for my Vita and those games, but now i'm back to my 3DS.. as i expected.

Can't wait for Kid to come in the mail.... looks fantastic. I don't ever use the 3D, to me it's a waste, and sometimes a bit nauseating.. It's neat at times, but i would have much rather had them invest in better graphics/screen quality.... and a second pad... haha. But oh well, i still love the thing.

I heard the sequel was releasing for all platforms... and i hope the 3DS version isn't a rip. Because that's the one i'll get

Bummer man, i walked into Best Buy yesterday on a whim after hearing it was for sale and picked up a copy....

This sounds fantastic. I'm playing Risky's Revenge right now for the first time... really great game.

I was really upset to hear about the wonky controls.... Nintendo has killed me a few times with their "innovative" controls... such a shame. But i'll pick this up for that price.

Can you even imagine the madness that would ensue if that was released in the states....

I loved the look of the multi color 64s and Gameboy colors....

I think that would be a better move than the tidy efficient white look... imo

I had a friend on the bus in grade school... Jay. He'd bring his Game Gear and we'd sit together and play it every single day. I can still remember those early mornings in the pitch black bus with our little seat glowing from the screen. It was just an amazing experience at the time... We felt like we were apart of the future, with our little portable t.v.... It was awesome.

I used to watch this movie called Surf Ninjas religiously.. And the little brother had a Game Gear... but the thing was, as he played... what happened in the game would in turn happen in real life.. It was mind blowing for me. Honestly. I told Jay about it and so each day we would be off in our own little world, pretending that our Sonic adventures were causing mayhem throughout the world..

We ended up dropping the damn thing on the bus floor, killing the top quarter of the screen.. He actually gave it to me at the end of the school year because he knew how much i loved it. It's still in a box somewhere, but those memories will always stay with me. Really great times

@warioswoods That would be fantastic. I was too young to realize, but i probably looked the same when I'd play my GB with the attached magnifying glass/light/ fold out stereo speakers.... I remember people laughing. But it was perfect. I'm definitely interested in this thing... I'll look around.

Donkey Kong Country Returns on the 3DS would be awesome. Especially without the damn motion controls....

But anything DK is fantastic.

I enjoyed my Gamecube more than the Wii in almost every possible way......

I had a lot of fun with it in the beginning... but as a novelty. They should have just had a wii controller in addition to the existing Gamecube and controller, for those motion specific games. It should have NEVER been it's own console... IMO Nintendo quit being Nintendo at that point....

I'm waiting for the HD collection on Vita for this one

This is where VC is perfect. A chance for people to play these revolutionary titles for the first time.... Needs to happen! please

Personally, I buy Nintendo systems to play Nintendo games....

Lot of great games.... i don't really see how art can be compared and favorites picked... just seems weird. Should just be a recognition list... multiple honorees. Imo. But i'm a dirty hippy

I have a 3DS and love it, but don't even use the 3D. I want it for the Nintendo developed games, but i would MUCH rather have all of the 3rd party games on the Vita with a bigger better looking screen, better graphics, and better controls. But that's just me

@Nibelilt I agree with you about changing things, not losing the core, but an entire makeover. I suggested maybe a complete Ocarina/Windwaker feel and design for the world. And adding a lot of different sorts of side quests to really capture that true RPG feel. They don't have to be mandatory, but doing them greatly increases your feel and knowledge of the game.... But i don't know. It could be great. Like a Poke/Zelda/Elderscrolls/Fable/Reckoning mash up... haha. If only

I think going back to the roots of the series, like you mentioned, would be great. Allowing us too actually catch em all. And return to design and style of older pokemon. I think the perfect Pokemon game could be a mix between the what we all have loved about it, but mixed with an Ocarina/Windwaker world. Just imagine Zelda/Pokemon..... Running around in a completely realized beautiful 3D world being totally reminiscent of the Pokemon games of past, but the wonder of a Zeldaish layout and construction... it could be amazing..

I'd like to try Sakura Samurai... get it yet?

People are crazy.... it's a gaming system. Buy it....or don't. At least we have the option. I think it'll be great, I'll definitely check it out. And then when they remake the 3DS with the added stick...i'll get it too....once the price goes down. It amazes me what people complain about these days...

I got four games with my 3DS... Mario 3DLand, Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart 7, and Bowser's Inside Story. I've beat them all except this, i just can't really get into it. I feel terrible about it....

I would like to see a more Super Mario World feel than a New Super Mario Brothers....

I'm playing this right now... It's honestly an exceptionally well put together platformer.. It's fantastic. If you can afford it...buy it. If you can't...buy IT!

It says japan, europe, and the states.... Sounds good, all i need is a copy of white or black
