@steventonysmith Oh, I know things get taken down (aggressively). But why hasn't this disappeared already then? It's been around (and sort of viral with millions of views on YouTube) for at least half a year. The players of this mod so far do use Switches and original copies of the game, so that couldn't be a reason to take it down. I'd say Nintendo already would have done this, as there was money made because of this mod.
Same goes for the announced BotW multiplayer mod (or the 'competition' that has been going for it). It has been mentioned in various game news outlets, but as far as I know the project still lives.
I don't exactly know how it works with game music, as people can stream games without get DMCA'd (or an equivalent of that law/organisation/whatever it is), so maybe Nintendo could take the trailer down for that.
In the end, I'm not an expert on this, but I thought I would share what I've heard during some of the streams of people playing and talking about this mod.
@steventonysmith Actually, Crafty didn't touch the source code of the game itself, but only added to it. The source code is what is copyrighted here, so there's nothing Nintendo can do against this. They can try, but there's (apparently) no legal grounds.

Please let there be a new Densha de Go game or new content in the 2020 game. 😬
