I absolutely love (almost) everything about this game (so far, I'm nearing the final section of the game and have been doing item cleanup). My only genuine complaint is the one annoying engineer NPC. He's been a nuisance the entire game. I'll be out gathering green crystals in the valley and it's like a constant reminder every 4 or 5 minutes that I could be heading to the next objective. I would score the game a perfect 10 if he was either kept quiet during everything but the parts of the story that actually pertain to him or if he was just removed outright. I'm still willing to give it a 9 because, otherwise, it genuinely is the Prime sequel I've waited years and years to get my hands on. I just preferred in the old games where the UI would suggests every once in a while where to go if you spent too long running around instead of heading to the objective. But if I'm doing something that is actively helping my 100% progress, the game shouldn't continually bother me. I can only imagine what 100% speedruns are going to look like.
