There ist another Peach Medalion directly west of Medalion 18. At the intersection next to the River Look behind the Red sign ontop of the small raised Platform. It is best reached from the traintracks above or with a feather.
Very helpfull, but one p Switch I found is missing. If you drive east from p Switch 30 alongside the coast you will find another one Not yet in this map. Hope this helps😅
