Re: Zelda Producer Responds To Fans Who Want A More "Traditional Linear" Adventure

I made an account just for this. You are sacrificing the quality of the story, pacing and progression for “freedom”. When you have too much freedom have it’s not always a good thing. Why is Link in Tears of the kingdom making rockets and cars ? ( which looks dorky no offense) Why is there so much menu scrolling and tedious collecting for things that don’t matter to the story or adventure.

Where is the icon green tunic ? ( not just a random side item) where is Complex dungeons, story and classic items. but it’s “nostalgia”. Maybe this formula has more flaws than realized or so many long time Zelda fans wouldn’t be complaining about it. You have the knowledge of creation we have the knowledge of exterior experience and what is a good experience. Zelda used to have heart.. the development had poor direction by the lead or team in Tears of the kingdom. Odd marketing and nothing new with a six year development.. what were they doing with that time ? Obviously creating mechanics that are clunky and look weird in Zelda. Zelda needs what made it special.

Ocarina of time and Twlight princes were the best Zelda games. Beautiful story, epic adventure and interesting diverse temples.

If Zelda is going to the new format I will no long be buying Zelda. Because this is not Zelda…
