We have got our first look at this week's Japanese charts from Famitsu (via Gematsu) and despite a number of strong debuts, nothing was able to kick The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom from its top spot, selling another 78,602 copies this time.

Putting Zelda aside, however, we are left with a chart list that is full of new entries — what a treat! Atlus' Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection put up some pretty solid numbers for its debut, selling 38,656 copies and landing in second place, while We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie and Loop8: Summer of Gods both also sold well in their first week on Switch.

The only non-Switch title this time is Street Fighter 6, which put in some middling numbers on both the PS5 and PS4, landing in the third and fourth spots respectively.

Here's your look at the Japanese software top ten:

  10. [NSW] Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Nintendo, 12/07/18) – 5,606 (5,205,971)

Over on the hardware side of things, it has been yet another big week for the Switch (which is unsurprising, looking at the software sales) as the Switch OLED comfortably takes first place with 66,480 units sold — over double that achieved by the PS5.

Of course, the rest of the year for Nintendo is looking rather quiet at the moment, so we would expect to see those Sony numbers only going up over the coming months.

Finally, let's give out our weekly cheer to the New 2DS LL, which is still alive and kicking in ninth place on the charts — you're doing great, buddy!

Here's the full Japanese hardware charts:

  1. Switch OLED Model – 66,480 (4,710,350)
