Developer Actoon Studio is bringing a pretty swanky looking new adventure title to the Switch that seems to harken back to classic Tim Schafer games like Full Throttle and Grim Fandango.
Like No Other: The Legend of the Twin Books is coming to the Switch next week on August 25th and boasts some lovely stylised visuals and classic adventure-style gameplay, with plenty of humour to boot.
Here's the official rundown from Actoon Studio:
Dan is a bumbling first-time adventurer who risks everything to solve the legend of the twin books by exploring the abandoned town of Red Pines.
Legend has it that a talented artist replicated the Spirits' Book, and the replica was so perfect that the museum staff mistakenly left the original behind during the evacuation of Red Pines. After learning of the legend, Dan decides to check if it's true, and recover the book if it is.
Join Dan on this light, family-friendly quest and help his love for adventure thrive.
We'll be keeping a close eye on this one over the coming days, but what do you reckon? Will you be picking it up? Let us know with a comment!

Looks unique. Hope you guys review it!
Looks like Master Roshi
Dang, I just said this about a different game, but that bouncy movement animation style sure is hot right now. I really don't care for it, but not enough for it to detract from what could be a good game.
I'm getting a Gravity Falls vibe from this. I like it.
This made me realize I should probably play some more Tim Schafer games like Grim Fandango and Brütal Legend. At the moment, I only have two of his games under my belt, Psychonauts and Psychonauts 2.
Hopefully it channels Ron Gilbert's gameplay.
