Fall Guys Sonic And Knuckles

Dataminers have been plugging away at Fall Guys to see what's coming next in the free-to-play multiplayer bonanza, and it looks like they've found something pretty big.

GoNintendo shared the details of the stage, which was originally reported on by DualShockers. We already know that SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog is returning to Fall Guys later this year, with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles costumes coming to the game (Sonic was originally a costume back in 2020), but little else has been revealed, except that we'll be getting a Sonic-themed stage. And dataminers have found out what that event stage will be.

Ingeniously titled 'Bean Hill Zone', the stage is inspired by the iconic first level of Sonic the Hedgehog, and it's complete with every single classic Sonic reference you'd want. Springs? Check. Loops? You bet. Lots of green? Of course. There are even checkpoints and all the palm trees and sunflowers you want.

Known Fall Guys leaker Pancake has shared some gameplay footage of Bean Hill Zone on YouTube, so if you want to see how it all comes together, go ahead:

No Bean the Dynamite, though? We're disappointed! Of course, everything in the footage is subject to change, so take what you see with a pinch of salt. But this is a pretty good indication of the upcoming collaboration, which is coming to the game in August.

Pancake has also shared some other new costumes that are coming to the game alongside Tails and Knuckles, with non-SEGA characters like wrestler The Undertaker and SNK's Terry Bogard also apparently making an appearance. Those are two names we wouldn't want to mess with on the Fall Guys stage! Or anywhere really.

Mediatonic hasn't confirmed anything beyond SEGA's official announcement during June's Sonic Central presentation, so we'll have to wait for more information from them. But, from the looks of all of this, we're very excited.

What do you think of Bean Hill Zone? What other collaborations would you like to see in Fall Guys? Let us know!
