Later this month sees the release of the long-awaited Cuphead DLC - The Delicious Last Course. As part of this, accessory manufacturer PowerA has released an appropriately-themed enhanced wireless controller for the Nintendo Switch.
"The new Cuphead design radiates all the animated, eccentric energy of the franchise. Its bright yellow hues are complemented by mint green accents, making for an extravagant and vibrant colour combo. The front faceplate is polished off with detailed, cartoon artwork from the game starring Ms. Chalice who rightfully takes pride of place. Cuphead may be ruthless, but with the new Ms. Chalice design, at least you’ll suffer defeat in style."
These enhanced wireless controllers features advanced gaming buttons - for button mapping on the fly, motion controls and two precision-tuned thumbsticks. Keep in mind this controller does not support HD rumble, IR or amiibo NFC. You can grab one from the official PowerA website for $54.99 USD.

Physical Cuphead with all DLC please.
Wasn't LRG waiting for the DLC before the release?
I am ready but my body isn't.
I'll probably get this, I have the Mario one and it is excellent.
@Freek why would LRG do the physical release?
I need this, already have the cuphead power A controller. Can’t wait for last courses, the waits been long, but we’ll worth it!
@Freek MDHR said there doing a physical copy after the dlc, so I could only assume it’s because there planning to put it all in one package.
@Snatcher @Yosti
I thought I read somewhere that LRG were doing a Collector Edition, maybe I'm wrong, I have been before 😁
Can't wait for the physical release regardless, whoever releases it.
I don't care who, I just want it on a physical cart.
LRG need to keep the F away. Just make it retail so everyone has the chance to buy it without being shoehorned in to buying schedules then waiting a year to get it.
@Freek Well they said there is going to be a physical, if LRG dose that physical release, has yet to be seen.
But I agree with the dude above me, Back off LRG!
Gorgeous, but unreliable. I bought my sister a PowerA Wireless Mario controller, which is also gorgeous, but has drifted too.
Looks absolutely revolting.
Now we need the promised physical release, i've been waiting for years.
I've bought a few junky Switch controllers - I bought my kid's the mini Power A for their smaller hands and it works really well. For a 3rd party hardware maker they are a cut above from my limited experience.
$55 is way too much for a knock-off that doesn't even have rumble or NFC, just pay a few more for a functioning Pro. I bought a $30 knock-off with rumble and NFC - used amiibo playing Kirby - so options are out there. I actually like it better than the actual Pro my kid has, it's a little lighter.
Also, what fugly shade of yellow is that? Ewww
Sometimes I wish these specialize controller had more features than just a quick paint job for example a Mario Kart 8 version gives you rumble vibration, a Cuphead one gives you turbo feature so you could auto shoot in Cuphead, a Doom one gives you back buttons for easy access to weapons and/or map, a Street Fighter one gives you 6 buttons on the face like a Sega Genesis or Sega Saturn controller, a NeoGeo one gives you clicky joysticks, a Need For Speed one gives you analog triggers for easy drifting maneuver, an Atari one gives you rotary paddle on the stick for quick cursor rotation making games like Pong, Breakout, and Tempest 4000 more fun to play, etc.
@Serpenterror Here we have a frickin' genius.
Still hanging on to my DK controller (with extra drift too).
Like we used to say in the 90's...... They are some Rad Pads.
