Hot off the heels of Sega's Sonic Central announcement, Capcom has now announced its own livestream digital event - bringing fans the "latest Capcom game information".
It'll be broadcast on the 13th of June via the official Capcom YouTube and Twitch channels and is expected to run for "around" 35th minutes. You can expect to see "news and in-depth updates" on previously announced upcoming Capcom titles.
Capcom fans will also have the option to watch the show via Capcom's co-streamer and creator community. You can check out the list over on Capcom's official website. In terms of games, we're guessing we'll see more of Street Fighter 6 and perhaps even the Capcom FIghting Collection, out later this month.
What else would you like to see? Tell us down below.

I’ll be there for SF info.
Keeping tabs here, SquareEnix and Nintendo are the last of the major publishers to still announce anything. Everyone else has some sort of showcase and EA & Ubisoft are skipping this summer.
New Airu de Puzzle for Nintendo Switch and PS4.
Since CAPCOM is great in making fighting game, why don't they make Chibi Boxing / Kickboxing games with Street Fighter fighting style and hilarious fighting like Pocket Fighter ?
I will be there if Capcom has information about RE4R and Village dlc. And also monster Hunter rise.
But other than monster Hunter and maybe Capcom fighting game collection, there will be nothing else for Switch.
Now it's really starting to feel like E3 season! We've had both Capcom and Sonic presentations announced just today, plus the Xbox one we already knee about and Summer Games Fest (though I'm not expecting much from that last one--sorry Geoff).
Hopefully, this momentum will keep going. Obviously, we need Nintendo to announce a Direct at some point in the month. But I'd also like to see presentations from Namco, maybe Square Enix. THQ needs to show us our first look at Cosmic Shake if it's releasing this year, so I'd expect to see that one soon. It's a shame Ubisoft is skipping out, though barring some kind of Rayman announcement, I probably wouldn't be interested in anything they would have to show.
Capcom really doesn't do much for me, either. Unless we get an Okami sequel (which I don't see happening in the near future), there probably won't be anything to excite me on a personal level.
Namco, on the other hand...there's a number of things they could do that would have me excited. A Pac-Man World remastered trilogy, working out the legal issues to bring Ms. Pac-Man to modern platforms, another Katamari remake...I know I shouldn't set myself up for disappointment, but I'm a masochist, what can I say?
@Anti-Matter it said previously announced games. So no new games from Capcom
Definitely want to see more of Street Fighter 6.
Ace Attorney news? Either AA7 or 4-6 trilogy Switch release?
@Taya no Ace Attorney news. It said previously announced titles so new game announcements won’t be there.
Was hoping to hear more about the next Monster Hunter game, but hearing more about Sunbreak will have to do.
Dungeons and Dragons collection? A man can dream.
❗️'P.N.03' please!
Just make one copy as I'm the only person who'll buy it.
Viewtiful Joe 3 CONFIRMED!
@BlueGBAMicro You're not the only one.
Kinda missing E3 right about now. Getting hard (and a little ridiculous) to keep track of all of these individual showcases, and somehow schedule around all of them so I can watch them. It was so much easier when they were all in one place over a span of 3-4 days.
I'm not holding my breath, but I think it would be nice to see anything Mega Man. I'll even take the Global update for Mega Man X DiVE that introduces the Deep Recorder System.
Nice! This will be worthy of a watch.
I hope they announce some new games that we aren't aware are coming soon.
DuckTales remastered returning to stores with a switch port PLZ!!!!!!! The steam version was great and I'd give anything to have it on switch where it belongs
Edit: as alexybubble pointed out, it's still available to buy. Whoops! Thanks!
Village dlc please 🙏
@solarwolf07 DuckTales Remastered has been back in stores for a good bit now. A Switch port (alongside the Disney Afternoon Collection) would still be nice, though.
Hopefully they announce a new Mega Man 12 and Resident Evil 2 & 3 remastered (better be the ports and not the remakes) for Switch. Also a Breath of Fire Collection would be nice too.
Will continue to hope for Ace Attorney 4-6 ports and continue to be disappointed.
Only thing I wish is something that will throw everyone into surprise, even if its from a franchise I don't like.
Yeah now this is what I’m talking about, That’s two streams to look forward too so far!
It’s a shame that it’s only previously announced games because I would sell the soul of every last person here for a Switch-exclusive Viewtiful Joe remake/sequel!
@Serpenterror no new announcements. Also it’s only on previous announced games
Lame, no AA news.
Arcade Stadium volume 2 please.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 would be cool
Surely we're getting some ace attorney news right?! Great Ace attorney was probably the best one they ever did, but now I'm craving some old fashioned modern sleuthing with the gang! ❤️
(And I second that Okami sequel! )
@garfreek oh... No new announcements... Then what's the point?!
Capcom announces: a few roms on the cheapest, low capacity cartridge for $40/$60. A very old resident evil game for switch is now slightly cheaper but still much more expensive than on Xbox/steam/PS4. Something is cool but only going to be released in Japan. I know, I must have a friend on the inside leaking information.
Exoprimal (I bet they’ll have renamed it Dino Crisis), Street Fighter 6, Resident Evil 8 DLC, Sunbreak, Fighting Collection and maybe a surprise announcement.
Honestly I have a feeling all these developers are going to get a taste of doing this outside of E3 and that E3 in general will just be no more.
We'll see how that develops though. Capcom is one I'm certainly looking forward to seeing even though I don't think they'll have much for Switch owners aside from a Monster Hunter Rise showcasing and maybe a new Mega Man game.
Mega Man Battle Network collection.
If this isn’t announced, the showcase is a failure. That is all.
Hopefully a surprise announcement of resident evil revelations 3 aka "outrage". But tbh I'm not expecting any more resident evil games on switch. They skipped switch with the remakes, never ported any other games like code Veronica or outbreak, and haven't done any original switch game.
New Ace Attorney!
I hope they say " and capcom stadium 2 is available right now"
@Vallejoarmy
That would be cool.
Though my personal wish would be to see a legends one (containing legends, legends 2 and that tron bonne spinoff)
either way i would welcome more Megaman legacy content.
@anoyonmus in so many comment sections on NL i see people replying to this guy, but never see his comments, lol. They must be removed, always, but most of the time, it will say "removed-unconstructive" with the person's username still there, if they're modded, so idk why this person (@Anti-matter) never has any messages shown, but people replying to him. 🤷🏻♂️
@Grail_Quest it's easier to have websites announce everything, IMO, instead of trying to watch them all live. I know i probably have to wait 30 mins longer, but oh well.
I bet they'll finally let us know the second wave of games for the arcade stadium.
@twztid13 Chances are, you may have accidently added them to an "ignored user" list. Just so you can get full context on what all you've been missing out on, you can update that here:
https://www.nintendolife.com/user/ignored
@Desrever thanks, but when i follow that link it says, "You're not ignoring any users, so everything is going well, right?"
Please port the Ace Attorney Investigations and Apollo Justice games. I’m begging you, Capcom. You can even leave the horrible Dual Destinies graphics unchanged I don’t care I’m just starving for new content
Will be interesting to see what they've got going on
