Those of you old enough to recall the early days of the N64 may well remember Blast Corps, a unique action title by Rare that sees you clearing a path in front of a runaway nuclear missile carrier.
It's one of the more unique offerings in the N64 library, but it's also a game that seems to have been cruelly forgotten over the years – which is why we're pleased to report that Fangamer has added some Blast Corps-related merch to its official Rare collection of products.
We're only talking two items here, but still, we're just pleased to see this cult classic get a little bit of love in 2022.
How about adding it to Nintendo Switch Online next, eh Rare? We know it's possible...

Blast Corpse was my favorite N64 game, if it comes to the expansion pass I might actually get it.
One of the most underrated N64 games, would be good to see it on the NSO service, which could benefit from some surprise additions

I love this game so much. If it were $20 on the eshop, I'd happily buy it.
There's really nothing quite like it. I've completed it so many times and it never gets old.

Played Blast Corps on ‘Rare Replay’ for the first time in years recently. Handled like an elephant on a slalom
The words 'official merch' in the headline hit me like punch to the gut. I was celebrating in my mind up until that point. Not that Blast Corps merch is bad in any way, it's pretty great in fact. But it's not Blast Corps the game coming to Switch. That would have made my day.
Ah I remember renting this from Blockbuster the weekend it came out and being so blown away by it! Suffice to say I had a 'blast' of a weekend

I want it but that is an absolutely ridiculous price for a simple T-shirt with a print.
Now all we need is a Rare Replay collection for Switch.
Everyone knows that some of Rare's games hailed from Nintendo consoles, so I don't get why Microsoft hasn't licensed out some of those games just for a simple collection instead of the NSO games that probably won't have every Rareware game on it including Conker.

I would love to see this remastered (as I loved this back in the day) like Shadowman was. Unfortunately Rare is owned by Microsoft so we can’t even get Rare Replay
