Only a week has passed since the release of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, but here we are with the games' first post-launch distribution event.
The distribution is offering players a set of special in-game statues of Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup, the games' three starter Pokémon. These statues can be used to decorate your Secret Base (once you've unlocked that feature, of course), so they're well worth picking up if you've been enjoying making your Base as perfect as can be.
To get them, simply head to the Mystery Gift section of your main menu, select 'Get with Code/Password', and enter the following code: BDSPUNDERGR0UND (thanks, Serebii).

I hate that you need to beat the first Gym to unlock the Mystery Gift feature. Of all the forced modernization these games have, that wasn't one of them??
@shoeses You wouldn't even be able to use these anyway, So idk know why thats such an issue, they even let you get mew early in the game, and the one thing you complain about is having to wait for the first gym for the gifts?
Really don't get how its forced, saying as a lot of games have you wait before you unlock a feature.
@Snatcher Yes, because these statues are obviously the only Mystery Gifts that exist right now. No Platinum outfits or Manaphy Egg that you'd want to unlock right away before they go away on another save, for another playthrough, at a later date, without having to go through multiple towns and a whole Gym. Nothing like that, nope.
@shoeses And its just to hard to complete one gym, My god the horror!
(FR tho, I can see why thats a issue.)
