I can finally say I own a physical version of among us.
90$ for a collectors edition? I don't see anybody loving the game THAT much
I'm usually the one that goes physical as much as possible, but for a game like Among Us? I'm not so sure. At least it covers the requirement of having the DLC on the cart.
I just want the boring normal physical, but it doesn't recognise my Postcode under UK and I can't select Guernsey
Emailed the website as I have had this on a few websites lately and they can normally fix it
$30, $50, and $90 for a $5 game? Get real.
This does look really cool, ngl
@TyroKith Not to mention it's free on mobile.
I don't understand why a game like Among Us needs a physical release, even as an advocate for physical releases.
What I mean is, as I understand it the games rely on online services and if those services shut down the physical games would become dead weight.
Is there anybody that even still plays this game? Thought it died like 2 weeks after it got popular
I think this physical release would be a lot more justified if the Switch version of Among Us had local wireless play, making it not completely obsolete once the Switch’s online service goes kaput.
Did I read that you don't actually get a card with the physical, just a code somewhere? (Might have imagined it.)
@RupeeClock The game does have a LAN option, so not quite dead weight. I've never heard of anyone actually using it, though.
I am the biggest sucker for special combos and I can’t imagine spending $90 on a game where every 5th match has 7 people leaving because they weren’t the imposter - the game is a great idea if you have people to play with but jumping in the pool is a nightmare
Imagine paying $90 for Among Us...
I'm not too fan of the artwork. they should have gone for a different one
I honestly had no idea that Among Us was popular enough outside of meme culture to not only get a physical release but a 90 dollar package as well.
