Time sure flies, and the release of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot + A New Power Awakens Set has rather crept up - it lands on Switch this week on 24th September. It's all set to be a definitive version of the game, with the Switch getting previous DLC episodes “A New Power Awakens Parts 1 and 2" included in the pack (the name is a giveaway).
As you can see at the top of the page Bandai Namco has unleashed a launch trailer to get everyone in the mood this week, and it has some nice sequences and quite a lot of loud shouting at the start. Just put the volume down a notch before hitting play.
Most notably, right at the end it confirms that Dragon Ball Card Warriors is heading to Switch in the Autumn / Fall. This is an interesting one; it was a free update to Kakarot in previous releases, so will likely arrive the same way on Switch. It could be a rather fun and addictive mode when it lands.
So, are you planning to pick up Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot + A New Power Awakens Set this week?

This reminds me that I need to get back to World Mission at some point.
What dbz would like if boring and unimaginative.
Yay, another card game
😂😂😂😂😂
Seriousssss.........
Oh for goodness sake, Bandai Namco!
When are you going to throw Gundam fans in the states a bone?!
I mean, you were able to port Kakarot; why can’t you do the same for Gundam Breaker?!
I wonder how close this is to Legendary Super Warriors back on the Game Boy. I played that one a heck ton and would love the gameplay here to be similar to that.
We need a remake of the SNES game legend of the Super Saiyan Warriors.
The last card based dbz game I play was the one on the ds and I enjoyed it so I may enjoy the later card based ones.
