The Fuser July DLC has been annou--
Wait, July? July?! It's already July? Well. That explains the heat.
Anyway, the Fuser DLC for the month of July has just been announced, with the following tracks (asterisks indicate that the track is free for all players):
- ATB, Topic, A7S “Your Love (9PM)”
- Beast Business “Royce Please”*
- Katrina and the Waves “Walking On Sunshine”
- Lil Nas X “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)”
- The Lingala Sound “Crystal Beach”*
- Marlon Kane “This Is How You Left Me”*
- Skrewbert “The Game Got You”*
- Tiësto “The Business”
If you've been looking forward to a summer spent twerking to Lil Nas X's MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name), then... well, you should probably have bought Just Dance, not Fuser, but at least you can make some sweet mixes with it. May we suggest combining it with Carly Rae Jepsen and Rage Against The Machine to make "Call Me Maybe By Your Killing In The Name"?
Also coming to the game in July are two new loop packs from Faint Shadow and TK Sun.
And don't forget that you can try Fuser for free with Nintendo Switch Online until the 5th of July!

@Kb111 : Games aimed at family audiences simply shouldn't contain such songs if the uncensored versions contain vulgarity as curious children will be inclined to view the music videos online (or listen to the song elsewhere) only to be met with images/language that are completely inappropriate, and it is naive to suggest that parents ought to police everything that they view when it is virtually impossible to do so, especially when even platforms intended for preschoolers contain inappropriate content that has not been filtered out due to a lack of a peer-review process (which I think is absolutely crucial when curating a "child-friendly" platform).
If, say, Ubisoft wants to produce a T/12 or M/16/18 rated Just Dance game with Cardi B and the like, then by all means, but that trash should stay the hell out of E/3 rated games even if the songs have been censored as that alone is not enough to mitigate against the overall themes/tone of songs by such... "artists", and is the main reason why I have been put off especially by more recent installments in dance/karaoke franchises.
I'm not suggesting that such games should be restricted to nursery rhymes either, but pop "music" generally nowadays is a far cry from the stuff that we grew up with, but it's certainly not impossible to produce music/dance games with songs that are age-appropriate. Sure, many of the songs that I grew up contained innuendo, but outright smut was a rarity, and the weekend morning music video shows were G rated, albeit with cuts to some videos (which would be virtually impossible to pull off with the frequently hypersexualised/vulgar pop of today).
In my day we had wholesome songs about doing it all for the Nookie and killing our girlfriends but these kids today…🙄
Hail Satan!
@TwomanybuttonS I've never seen a kid unironically listen to this song lol
But yeah his music is awful, ethically and in general. The only good thing that came out of his music is the most beautiful Twitter rant in history, and a well-made Roblox concert.
Oh the music in the Roblox concert was awful, but the actual game was really well done by talent developers. Too bad that it was for Lil Nas X.
Wait... I must not be reading this correctly or perhaps the joke went over my head, but... Rage Against the Machine is in this game?
I thought Lil Nas was the tattoo guy but it seems that his name is Lil Xan.
‘Sexual deviancy’
‘Why yes, I have 163 copies of Queen Greatest Hits 1 and 2 on cassette but that’s different, Freddie was just a showman’
is Montero on Just Dance???
Hell yeah 😈
I'll take a look at the current free trial for a little bit and maybe I'll pick both the game and the song later
Blech. Guy is a douche

Oh cool I didn’t realize you could try fuser as a part of NSO. Perhaps I can find some music that I might like in the game.
@Kb111 Hahahahaha
@Kb111 Damn who hurt you lol
@nessisonett Freddie just wanted to ENTERTAIN.
@Silly_G God bless you for the most rational, unbiased, 100% grounded comment I've ever read. The fact that it's the first reply gives me hope. The intelligent and eloquent support of your position stands in stark contrast to the generic agent smiths the predictively pop up to insult anything that threatens their fragile worldview. Pride goes before a fall...
I don't know if you guys already tried the free Fuser from NSO...
I tried it and it always crash, I've researched and developers admitted that there were performance issues since last update of the game (June 2021)... How I wish they fixed that first before offering it for NSO users...
anyway great game, I enjoy the mixing mechanics but always pissed off whenever the game crashes at the middle of the gameplay.
@Bizaster nice projection bro.
@Silly_G Cardio B's "I Like it" is in Just Dance. My kids have put in about 70+ hours in the game. So far, I think their little minds will be fine 😂
Mostly inconsequential kid just using cheap tricks for attention, but I get annoyed every time he's in a headline because I always think for a moment the article is about Nas - that actual artist that this booger borrowed a namesake from as a "tribute".
@Kb111 : With respect to your comments, I am not sure whether you are being sincere or facetiously hyperbolic. It's hard to tell through mere text.
Either way, may God bless you too.
@Bizaster : Or maybe "sexual deviancy" as in, "Get a room!"
I very much doubt that most people care what consenting adults do (regardless of the sexes of those involved) so long as they keep their bedroom business in the bedroom instead of trying to reconstitute the public domain into one that has had its L removed.
@Silly_G 100% sincere, just like you brother. I appreciate a real perspective from a real soul, so I had to say something. You explain the nuances of the problem so people from all sides can see it clearly. As for the last statement, that is reminder to those who revere pride in body over a humble spirit, not you.
@Silly_G amen. No man has the right to judge another, all men are flawed. Judgement belongs to God who knows the hearts intentions, and is eternally loving and forgiving. It IS the duty of man to protect the innocent, especially children! And the obvious promotion of satanic sexualism (LITERALLY) onto are children as the norm needs to be called out! Thank you
@UmbreonsPapa some people teach there kids to twerk in public inorder to get physical attention, instead of developing their moral fortitude so the can be confident in themselves.... Sad....
@Arkay thanks for having my 6 g

@Kb111 : Thank you for clarifying and for your kind words. I felt silly for asking, but I wanted to better understand your perspective, and your response has alleviated any ambiguity.
Perhaps I could have expressed my initial sentiments more tactfully, but people all too often trivialise the effects that the media we are exposed to is having on ourselves and our most vulnerable. The best that we can do is to reflect on ourselves and our surroundings, and to always strive to self-improvement. God knows we have enough faults of our own to think that we can fathom the extent of societal ills. Perhaps the best that we can do is impart our observations so that others will also contemplate.
As I am unable to attend my house of worship this afternoon (due to the stay-at-home orders currently in place in Sydney) our short exchange has helped lift my spirits, so I extent my sincerest gratitude.
Some great Ned Flanders "Why won't somebody think of the children?" energy here...
@westman98 : Isn't diversity of perspective grand?
Also, *Helen Lovejoy.
Call him by your name, he'll be on the way
I grew up listening to stuff from artists like Kikuo, Materu, Machigerita, MASA Works, etc... I’m not saying kids should experience music/media they aren’t ready for, but there are also much darker things they could be listening to than Lil Nas X, lol.
@Bizaster : A subjective assumption on your part is not fact.
"Sexual deviancy" is not merely about who the participating parties are but the nature of the act. Adults exposing children to explicit images is an example of such deviancy (as this can pervert developing/impressionable minds). People "doing the deed" in public places and scandalising onlookers is another.
Nobody made any comment on whether the deviancy in question involved same or opposite sex participants.
Should be fun!
Doesn’t he have a twerking video game?
@Kb111 I’ll start by saying that I strongly disagree with your perspective. That being said, I’m not here to debate or argue because that would waste your time and my own. I just want to point out that using Agent Smith in the way you just did doesn’t work like you think it does.

Oh right, she's the one who said that.
