With just nine days left until the big day, the ESA has published the official schedule for this year's E3.
As we already know, the event kicks off on Saturday 12th June. Proceedings will get underway with a broadcast pre-show, before press conferences from Ubisoft and Gearbox Entertainment on the opening day.
Nintendo's conference is on the final day, Tuesday 15th, as announced by the company yesterday. Xbox and Square Enix will hit the stage on Sunday, and Capcom is lined up for Monday. Here's the full schedule:
- Saturday, June 12, broadcast pre-show starts at 10am PT / 1pm ET

- E3 2021 will kick off with press conferences from Ubisoft and Gearbox Entertainment, as well as a session with GamesBeat.
- Sunday, June 13, broadcast pre-show starts at 8:45am PT / 11:45am ET
- Microsoft’s long-awaited Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase will take place starting at 10am PT / 1pm ET.
- Fans can also look forward to special presentations from SQUARE ENIX, the PC Gaming Show and the Future Games Show.
- Warner Bros. Games & Back4Blood and 24 Entertainment will also be featured.
- Monday, June 14, broadcast pre-show starts at 8:00am PT / 11:00am ET
- Alongside press conferences from several indie developers, presentations from Take-Two Interactive, Mythical Games, Freedom Games, Razer and Capcom will take place throughout the day.
- Verizon and Intellivision will also be featured, along with a session with VENN.
- Tuesday, June 15, broadcast pre-show starts at 8:00am PT / 11:00am ET
- The last day of E3 will include Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct and Nintendo Treehouse: Live programming starting at 9am PT / 12pm ET.
- BANDAI NAMCO, Yooreka Games and GameSpot will also have focused events.
- The broadcast will round out with the Official E3 2021 Awards Show.
On top of this, here's your friendly reminder that fan registration for E3 2021 opens today. Registering (which is free to do, by the way) will grant you access to the E3 online portal and app. Starting from 12th June, that gives you access to the following:
- Select Exhibitor Booths – Featuring special events, VOD content and articles, exhibitor booths will act as hubs within the portal for key announcements and game or product information tied to participating exhibitors
- Lounges – Online gathering spots for all E3 attendees
- Forums – Special boards for focused online discussion and sharing among attendees
- Leaderboards – Gamified elements that can be collected and displayed, encouraging fans to interact in as many ways as possible
- Profile Creation – All attendees can create and customize their own unique profiles

What about the events being run by Devolver Digital and Limited Run Games? I get the impression that they aren't official so aren't part of the E3 organization's schedule.
Is it worth registering?
I'd rather be antisocial and watch an hour or two of trailers for games I can't afford...
I just got a promt for a username and password that hasn't been set up, and a 402 error. Anyone else having issues getting registered?
Is registration a requirement to be able to access its content?
Is registration actually open? All I get is a page that requires sign-in
BOTW2, Prime 4, Bayo 3, Donkey Kong World, Odyssey 2, Zelda WW/TP pack, new 2D Zelda (or remake), Kiby’s Dreamworld... all announced for this year. You heard it here first.

I'm glad that indie studios are getting its own event. While some indies have helped Nintendo and Microsofts press conferences being a bit more of interesting like Cadence of Hyrule and Spiritfarer. I ultimately feel they need to be there own event. Unless there's an exclusive game like Cadence or Cup head.
So Bamco and Yooreka actually are last or are they not timed yet? Also surprised to not sea EA, I heard they'd be there.

@Snatcher I made an account for it just in case, but judging by the email I got, it really doesn't seem like it's anything of use. Just a digital calendar, Visiting virtual booths, unique profiles, in app challenges, forums, a real time activity feed, interactive meetups, and more.
Registering seems pointless so I'll pass on that. Besides, I'm just planning on doing what I always do in watching Nintendo's presentation and just finding about the rest online later.

I remember reading comments about how E3 was outdated and on its way out, but now after a year without one, everyone seems hyped about it. I'm happy people get that feeling once again for this event.

I still remember the fiasco regarding the data leak, I think I'll just stick to the usual Twitch/YouTube stream version of the event

just thought I would throw this out there. a you tuber, called Around the clock did a video saying Nintendo was asking reward members if they would pay 49.99 for a wario ware game for switch in a poll they were taking. WHY did they ask this? could we be getting a wario ware game at E3? I think we will.

E3 will be garbage as usual. I wish E3 disappeared.

For those asking about the sign up. Just watch the stream on Nintendo Life? I'd be very surprised if the others weren't all on YouTube as well. They wouldn't want to massively restrict their audience to a small minority of people who just have an account.

You definitely do not need to register - it’s just for some bonus videos and access to a forum. All the main conferences will be on YouTube and elsewhere.
Seeing as they lost loads of personal details of attendees in 2019, I wouldn’t unnecessarily give these guys anything personal.
I'm only interested in Nintendo's show and I'm working that day, so I'm perfectly content to watch the trailers on YouTube afterwards
