Like I said on the other article, I am shocked, I didn't think they were doing this anymore. We haven't had one since SSBU and that was well before the pandemic.

Im 100% getting this. The hard part will be talking myself out of getting the special switch.

Also why does this need a separate article when you mention the pro controller on the other one?

I never understand the hype around these low effort special edition consoles and controllers. This is literally just a pass through the silk screen and nothing else is different.

Wouldn't you prefer to have more effort put into special edition consoles and controllers? Like the new Mario one, atleast it's a different color. The Animal Crossing one was ok too.

Not a huge fan of the console but this Pro controller is 🔥🔥🔥.

I’m ordering two.

Two limited edition Monster Hunter Switch consoles and two limited edition Monster Hunter Switch Pro Controllers. One set to display alongside the Rathalos PS4 Pro and other Monster Hunter merch, and one to replace my Dragon Quest XI S Switch.

I hate that I’m gonna spend so much, but I really want one to use too. Not just display.

When they announced it, I knew I wanted the DQXIS Switch. Ordered two on accident, then held the extra for Ryu_Niiyama, but she actually ended up getting on when it came back in stock. We were like, the only ones who seemed super excited for it.

But it cost a lot to import. That’s for sure.

I know for sure I'm done getting any more of these special designed controllers because I was very mad how my sisters broke my Breath of the Wild controller. Wasted my money on it :/ Wish to have my money back. I like this controller, it's beautiful but I just can't. My sisters will just beg for it if I had one.

Normally, I don't really care about special edition controllers. But it just so happens my one and only pro-controller is starting to be less responsive. And this is a pretty sweet looking design.

If this becomes available locally and doesn’t cost more than it should, I’ll gladly get this. I’ve been rocking my Splatoon 2 Pro Con since it’s first day. It has never let me down. It kept me in the game while all four of my joy cons were at Nintendo repair for months. Pro Controllers are a solid investment.

@Supadav03 @JaxonH yeah that DQ Switch wasn’t cheap but it was wooooorth it! I’ve been a DQ fan since I was a little girl, so I had to jump on that. Never got the slime controller though. Sigh.

I am expecting a Zelda edition for BOTW 2 and I will get that and have it as a back up. I am so glad JoyCons detach. Makes buying extra systems a little less redundant as you get an extra dock and set of controllers you can swap.

Is it Driftless or they want us to burn money again?

I'm quite surprised Nintendo don't offer more readily available options in the way of pro controllers. Apart from this, its black or ....... black, the other variants having long since gone in the UK. I'd quite like a few different colours, I'm sure they'd sell given how many switches are out there. I liked having grey, blue and green first party pads for the N64. Would be cool. Wouldn't even need to be branded to a specific game.

@seburo Driftless, The pro controllers are great but the power a ones Drift.

The controller has two colors: black and gold. A stark contrast to the game, which is all green and brown.

This ugly-as-Hell game is going to be the biggest flop in Capcom's history.

Not as nice as the splatoon or XC2 versions, but I like it better than the smash ones.

I'm not a big MH fan, but that looks fantastic and if I didn't already have a pro I'd definitely look into this
