I started the game few days before and I have to say that the graphics are epic for Nintendo Switch!

I bought the dlc for the last game (swimsuits included) which also contained new side story content and new areas, but this time there's not even any story dlc just recipes? No thanks...

Also looking at the trailers and images all I can see is the same enemies that were in the last game, instead of making pointless dlc they should just add more enemy variety

It's amazing to me that a game like Mortal Kombat and TLoU2 with their gratuitous and disgusting violence is okay, but a game with virtual tits in a bikini is problematic. How putrid and deranged must your mind be to not see the hypocrisy in this type of censorship?

To be fair everyone, this is Koei Tecmo, the people who make Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball. We should have seen this coming to Atelier. This was always going to happen at some point.

@3RedTriangles Even then, these games don't really seem the type that get that horny. Character designs definitely give the impression, but that's about it from what I've seen so far from the first one. I guess censorship concerns would be more of an issue if they're making another Nights of Azure or Blue Reflection since those go a little further in that regard.

Partly want the DLC just to spite all the self righteous puritans who throw a fit with this sort of thing.

But mostly I just want the game because the first one was a blast. A wholesome enjoyable adventure with a rare butt kicking heroine. The girl is the lead character, she's confident, strong, intelligent and a leader. She's one of the best female leads I have ever seen in a game. And her male friends are friends, not love stalking her and follow her as friends, peers and allies.

But because she's also really cute, and the devs aren't ashamed of that, people think this game is some smutty porn game.

@Chamver Well said! I have been saying the same thing for years! People are 100% okay with intense violence and gore, but God forbid a girl has skimpy clothing! Big breasts are totally inappropriate but every man in games needs to be utterly ripped like a Greek diety.

I enjoyed the first game a lot, I'm getting the second, and as someone who can appreciate beauty in many forms be it live action, photographs, artwork, paintings or digital avatars in a game, I might just get the DLC for the eye candy too. Would have preferred they were unlockable somehow in game for free, but those times are sadly gone.

The DLC for the last one came months after, on a delayed release - expensive though. Don't understand the content controversy here, previous game walks a good balance between some fan service and having fleshed out characters that are more than cheesecake....expect for that ONE character in the last one with the weird gross huge tumor boobs.

I played Mortal Kombat 1, 2 and 3 plenty back in the SNES and Genesis days but after seeing Mortal Kombat 11 videos I was pretty disturbed. We have have some backwards thinking in the USA when this is okay but even a modest bikini that a woman would wear at a beach makes them slap a partial nudity warning on it.

The only problem I see with these swimsuits is they are too immersion breaking.
