If you've been eyeing Nintendo's upcoming collection of tabletop games but haven't been bothered enough to read a list of the classics contained within, Nintendo of America has kindly supplied a single handy image via Twitter that shows each of the 51 games. They're all there for you to peruse at your leisure and decide for yourself if they are indeed 'classics', each and every one.
The title of the game might be Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics, but anyone who can do their 6x tables (or who can count) may notice there's actually 52 games here. As previously revealed, there's a 52nd piano-based 'game' included in the package that makes the game's title a big fat outrageous lie. These games companies, eh?
Grab your specs (or just prep that thumb and forefinger for some pinch-and-zoom action) and take a look at the lineup below:
A nice little collection, don't you agree? The game is coming on 5th June, so there's a little wait yet, but our intrepid video man Alex has had it for a little while now - you can check out his hands-on impressions of these 51 (sorry, 52) gems in his video on the subject below:
Looking forward to this old-school cavalcade of classics? Anything missing from that lineup that you would have liked to see included? Let us know below.

So no crazy 8s (last card plus)? I liked that one on the DSiWare game.
My question is, how are they even going to make card games playable via multiplayer on a single console?
Of all the games to be excited about at the moment i did not expect it to be this.
@ChillPandaGamer as far as I know, you can download a free version of this game that lets you play multiplayer modes without buying more copies of the game. It still requires multiple switches, but it should help with that.
@Eel Crazy 8s is pretty much just Uno, which is pretty much just Last Card that is on here, so that would probably have been redundant (although maybe not any more redundant than having Shogi and Mini Shogi).
I’m legitimately really excited for this. Perfect to play with the family and I love how the era of casual Nintendo developed titles in the vein of the Wii series can return in some form and co-exist alongside Nintendo’s more “hardcore” offerings. Still baffling that Bowling only supports a maximum of 2 players, a bit disappointed about that.
@Xyphon22 well the rules are different. Maybe they could give us a few different rule sets for last card.
Nintendo is simply the best at advertising. Love the photo.
Ready for this.
What am I missing that's so special about this game?
Looking forward to this game, but I have to wait a bit longer before buying. As much as I can see the obvious quality difference I just feel 40 is a bit much for these games, since most of them I can, and do, play without the Switch on a semi-regular basis anyway.
Will still pick this up when the price is right though.
Many of these remind me of the games that eshop has on sale every single week for 1 penny or for under a dollar. Except you get 51 (I mean 52) of them at the premium price.
at first seen this thought it was some shovelware title from android. but im sold that its nintendo kids will ove it as well.
Where’s Russian roulette?
Nintendo going to their Hanafuda roots..
Shogi and Mahjong are gonna be great fun, the Yakuza games taught me how to play them (after hours of trial and error).
I will definitely pick this up at some point but not at the asking price, this is worth £20 maximum for me
@bluemage1989 same... but I'm still excited. It looks like a fun collection.
The should've named it
"51 clubhouse games... and a piano"
me and my brother, whom I am buying this for are very excited.
Surprised I'm this hyped about this. And the video definitely made me even more excited 🥳
I'm excited for this, even though it's likely just going to be the most expensive Mancala board I've ever purchased.
Quite a few awesome classics in this one! Kinds makes me want to give it a go, though I will probably wait for a sale.
I can't recall, did they ever officially say whether or not this game would have online multiplayer or not?
@LowRyder - It will have online multiplayer AND friends that don't own the game will be able to join games that you create as well.
Can't wait for this one to drop!
@Mr_Pepperami World only work fine if it were bundled with a pistol adapter for Joy Con.
Wait tbis shovelware is from Nintendo and not some fly by night company?
I am so looking forward to this. A game I can play with anybody, including my parents.
@Eel Maybe they did. I saw that most of the games have alternate ways of playing. Pool, for instance, let's you play 9-Ball if you prefer.
@ChillPandaGamer A lot of them don't let you play single console for card games. You can play with friends if they download the free client on their system or you can play online. 42 of the games are available for two player local. But the hidden hand games are not.
@Dman10 Every single game in this collection is better than any of those trash shovelware titles on the eShop. This collection has some legitimately big/deep games, the graphics, animation and visuals are all insanely polished and top notch, it has tons of modes and methods to alter how you play, it has a robust, complete online package, as well as fully voiced explanation videos for every game in addition to guided tutorials and in-game rule guides for the more complex ones.
It's a great package at a great price. Those games doing the penny sale aren't doing it because they're giving you a value, anyway. They do it to sucker enough people into buying it so it hits the top of the charts for most popular on the eShop so when the sale ends, people will see it trending and think it might not be garbage and possibly worth the $5-$15 asking price.
@tendonerd It's not shovelware. It's a great sequel to a great DS game.
