I know they're completely seperate mediums ran by seperate teams, but seeing how beautiful these Twilight Wing shorts are makes you wonder what Sword and Shield could've been if they put in more time and effort...
Just reminds me of how awesome the anime could have been if they removed Ash. Stopped watching around Hoenn saga because it wasn't airing on tv where I lived, then I started watching around the middle of Sinnoh and a bit of the beginning of Unova and by that point I was just sick of seeing him being a moron and making the same mistakes over and over again and learning the same lessons over and over again.
Edit: And yes I know they do it for younger viewers but still there needs to be an anime more like the Pokemon Adventures manga for older viewers or as a better example of how a series like pokemon can mature with its audience
I haven't taken the time to watch these but the art direction seems great!
Now... is she diving with high heeled sandals in that thumbnail??
@Dremp They wouldn't even need to remove Ash per say. They'd just need to let time flow and characters develop properly. But it will never happen. Just like Goku will never reach a peak level of power and Conan will never become an adult again in DBZ and Detective Conan. It's a genre of anime that's meant to go on forever so new generations of kids can keep watching.
Think of it like Loony Toons. Bugs Bunny will never get older, Tom and Jerry will never resolve their differences, etc etc.
We just have to accept that the Pokemon anime is just not that kind of a narrative and they are too set in their ways to change it.
Nessa and Sonia BFF's confirmed.
Nessa!
