Oh, no comments? Ummm... what’s MX5000?
I selected Gunbrick, but I will wait to find out more about it.
Nothing good
They’re still trying to make Battle Princess Madelyn a good game, I see.
Smart to have a dead week for FF7R.
I want to know more specifics about the deluxe Princess Madelyn. That game always looked intriguing but I never picked it up.
Thank the gods that bunny day is almost here and will soon be over! I've never been so sick of eggs!
Nothing again. Grabbed Sega genesis classics and cosmic star heroine in the sale so im good.
Not much this week it looks like. I'm busy with RE3 and got some games on the current eShop sale. April looks to be a dry month outside of FF7.
Nothing good for this month so far. RE3 looked disappointin so will wait till half off sale.
I purchased Gunbrick because Bomb Chicken was, well, the bomb and Boot Hill Bounties because I think it looks neat. That's all for me this week and I probably won't even get to either of those games for a while yet because I'm still too obsessed with New Horizons.
Just gonna be a giant nerd here, but Hercules is Roman, Heracles is Greek.
Nothing here for me
I’m morbidly curious about Fight of Animals. It could be a solidly executed fighter with an ironic veneer.
Or it could be utter crap
April 24th road to boruto has my gaming money for this month.
I assume that the new 'Royal Edition' of the hugely underrated – and utterly gorgeous – Battle Princess Madelyn is also available to existing owners of the game as a free update, right?
I'm just waiting on the Trials of Mana remake, hope it gets here soon as I'm on my way to finishing the demo during my quarantine.
I just started playing Torna the Golden Country...WOW this game get up and going in a fun way MUCH FASTER than the other Xenoblade games do. (Translation, I won't be buying anything this week as I just started a big RPG)
I don’t know what these are... Anyways I’ll be passing this week
Related note: Just downloaded The Messenger (on sale in NA) and am loving it.
@The_Pixel_King Its not!!! I own the original, and the royal edition is $15. Shoot. Maybe at $5 since I own the original, but I'm not buying the same game, just one with an update, again.
Edit: Since my other comment was deleted, theres a twitter thread from the dev, discussing the price change. It's a new game, and he needs to feed his fam.
This thread has the Battle Princess Madelyn dev explain the cost: https://twitter.com/defmedia85/status/1248253621625552897?s=19
Tldr: He says it a diff game now, and has kids to feed.
another bland week of nothing interesting...great...
Animal Crossing is taking up life. I must also put a bit of time into Untitled Goose. I jonesed for that game and have maybe played 20 mins....shame! Otherwise, nothing here that grabs me, thankfully!
@commentlife to be fair, it was designed in part by a six-year-old girl.
@PhilKenSebben Disgusting! The only other time I can recall someone selling an 'updated' version of their game as a brand new SKU at full price was Retro City Rampage in DX form. Thankfully, this kinda daylight robbery is a very rare thing indeed.
If the Royal Edition of the game couldn’t have been a free update or even paid DLC, then at the VERY LEAST it should have been offered to existing owners at 50% discount. We all have our families to feed. I’m absolutely livid about this and have even gone so far as to delete the base game. Otherwise every time I boot my Switch up and see the icon goading me, I’ll just get angry all over again. Absolutely appalling!
