The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild may be three years old now, but that doesn't mean people aren't discovering new things about it – as well as amusing new ways to pass the time.
Only last week, we saw one man beat the game without allowing Link to take a single step, and this week, we've got the craze that some (well, us) are calling "Guardian Flipping". This involves using the Cryonis Rune to lift a Guardian up and then activating slow-motion, which causes them to launch into the air.
Creative users have taken this approach to the next level, though, propelling Guardians to hitherto unknown heights:
Is there any end to this game's awesomeness? We're not sure.

Gees...that second shot too! I'm waiting for someone to do the same thing...except freeze lock the guardian, THEN shoot it with an arrow again
Just think how much more addictive this game would have been if they had added achievements like Shoot the Guardian at least 100 meters into the sky.

@Seananigans While I agree for the most part (they keep running the “Nintendo doesn’t support eSports enough” story), the guardian launching thing is indeed pretty cool.
Gamers just find more and more interesting things about a 3 year old game... lmao

people using Game physics to launch things into the air and make trick shots, only one thing can be said: "Tank, load the jump program"
As the world's slowest gamer, I just started BotW, and it is the first time in years that I just absolutely have to force myself to put a game down after realizing ___ hours have passed, and I fiend for it when I'm not at home!
I was just in that same area fighting that same guardian the other day, and I had no idea how that guardian flip trick; now I have to try it!
Also, the second video is INSANE
@Desa If you run a Nintendo site and you could endure the GameCube and Wii U eras, you can make it through anything.

@burninmylight it's usually a company running a bunch of themed websites to get traffic off the name of the company they cover. Searching for Nintendo? Nintendo life will get shuffled in there.
