Earlier this month, we shared more info on the upcoming co-op RPG Super Cane Magic ZERO, which is scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch on 30th May. Now, further information has been released regarding its launch offers, and you might want to think about picking this one up early.
If you buy the game during its launch period, you'll receive the 'Secret Bonus Content' DLC pack free of charge. This pack will unlock two exclusive items and a PvP arena to explore, and North American buyers can also get an additional 10% off the whole bundle. Sweet.
Here's all the info you need:
Switch Pre-order Promotion (NA only)
Super Cane Magic ZERO: Secret Bonus Content (DLC) + 10% discount
Promotion runs from May 16 to May 29.
Switch Release Promotion (NA and EU)
Super Cane Magic ZERO: Secret Bonus Content (DLC).
Promotion runs from May 30 to June 30.
We also have a full description of the DLC for you below. If you've missed our previous coverage on Super Cane Magic ZERO and have no clue what's going on, feel free to learn more here before reading on.
"Poptarts packs more secrets than ever: this pre-order bonus will power up mysterious mechanisms below the Academy. Activating the strange lever hidden in the dark Underground Archives will spawn exclusive chests and loot! You will also get a limited one-way ticket to the other side of the moon: prepare your bombs (and your knees) to challenge your friends in the cheese-flavored "Bouncy Bombers" PvP Arena. Springs, potions, jumps and explosions!"
As noted above, the game itself launches on 30th May for $24.99. Will you be taking advantage of this offer?

This is some enticing incentives. But sadly my last preorder jaded me on preorders. I'm looking at you Fallout76.
If you buy our game at launch, we'll give you the content that we pulled out of the game to sell separately.
It just seems like a dirty trick to get extra money by making the game incomplete and force people to pre-order. I'm so sick of this DLC and pre-order period.
I don't think this type of strategy makes me any more likely to buy a game at launch. It just makes it less likely that I'll ever buy the game if I don't decide to get it right away.
It's not free when you need to pay money to get it.
This looks totally bonkers .. consider me interested!
