Not long after 2019 began, the store side of the Humble Bundle began selling digital codes for Switch and 3DS games. Disappointingly, Nintendo purchases on the Humble Store are limited to customers in the United States.
Fortunately, Switch and 3DS owners outside of this region may one day be able to purchase games from this digital storefront as well. In a recent Humble Bundle live stream, it was revealed the team is "looking into the future possibility of bringing in more countries". A similar comment was made shortly after, reassuring other regions were in consideration.
Right now, if you live in the United States, you can pick up Switch games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Party, ARMS, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes and Mario Tennis Aces. You can even grab Splatoon 2 and its expansion pass. In terms of 3DS offerings, there's Pokémon Sun and Moon, the Ultra versions, the classic Game Boy versions and Ocarina of Time 3D. There's a stack of others as well - so if you live in the US, view the full selection of games over on the store.
Would you like to see the Nintendo offerings on the Humble Store become available in regions outside of the US? Have you bought a Switch or 3DS game from this digital storefront yet? Tell us below.

I thought we were getting a Switch Humble Bundle there for a second. One of those needs to happen.
Is there some kind of advantage to buying digital Switch games through a second digital storefront instead of directly through Nintendo and the Switch itself? I cannot figure out why this is a thing. The only reason I would want the Humble Store involved is if they're offering a new Humble Nindie Bundle like they did back in the Wii U days.
I have been increasingly disappointed Humble Bundle since they sold out to IGN back in 2017. Their biggest push has been their stupid subscription model while the Humble Indie Bundles have all but disappeared.
Cool. A wider customer base is a good thing.
I wanna see bundles happen
That’d be nice. Yes.
@TreonsRealm The only reason I can come up with is that Humble Bundle offers credits to their customers for various reasons ( Getting a friend to join, purchasing bundles, etc... ). So it would allow you to purchase Nintendo Switch or 3DS games at a discount with those credits. I’m not sure if buying through HB means you won’t get Nintendo Gold points.
I would not mind a competing storefront.
@TreonsRealm They could have their own discounts. However this doesn't happen at all at any other "official" reseller of downloadcodes .
Yay! Good news for me
@Whalehome
So far they says we can’t use wallet money (=from humble montly) to get those Nintendo games...
A few years ago there was a Humble Bundle with 3DS and Wii U games, it would be great if something like that happened again, now with Switch and 3DS.
@sanderev Not exactly true... I’ve seen a few discount on Amazon that were not on the eshop, like a splatoon 2 one around E3 wich was for a time 20$ less on Amazon.
@Whalehome From the few games I got on Amazon, I did get the full amount gold points... unlike with physical where you only get a few...
I thought the whole point of humble store was that they sold games at reduced prices, but that doesn't seem to be the case for Nintendo. Seems rather pointless- if anything I think some of these games are discounted on the actual eshop but full price on this site.
The Little Humble International Console Game Publisher That Could.
you can already buy games outside of the US, I am able to buy games in Greece
@Liam_Doolan Disappointingly*
@HeroponRiki Isn't the whole point of Humble Bundle to donate a portion of your purchase to charity? The discounts and bundles are just a nice bonus.
@HeroponRiki The only time i have ever seen my name spelled the same way in a video game and it was for Heropon. I was so happy at the time and then realised that i too was a round hairy creature lmfao
It bugs me that if you visit the site in Canada is even shows how many games are available, it just won't show the list.
@Yasaal Thanks, fixed.
