Already preordered and hoping for a better dpad.
I have pre-ordered but will need to hide it from my kids, those white grips will be brown before long
Like the gray and white theme. Got a pre order last night when it showed up on Amazon. Time to Figure out if I actually need it now 😂
£5 more expensive for a bit of paint, no thanks
It's sexy, and I wouldn't mind a second pro controller anyway. I may ask for it to be a Xmas gift...
I can only imagine how dirty those white handles would get in my house, all of my white Wiimotes are various shades of gray, some darker than the others.
SSB is a game all about color, I'm just not getting the B&W theme at all.
You say go go go.
I say no no no.
Is the d pad fixed though
Keeping in mind, the Xenoblade 2 one now goes for a bit of silly money now so if you have any little interest in getting this, might not want to wait too long.
@sandman89 From what I've heard, the Xenoblade 2 one's d pad is much better than the pro controllers at launch. Chances are, they listened to feedback and fixed it with recent-er shipments.
@Bunkerneath In Canada its 10$CAN more expensive for just a little bit of paint...
@rjejr That rumored Spirit mode maybe?
@Angelic_Lapras_King I’ve got splatoon and xenoblade pro controllers. Yes xenoblade one is better but it’s not great
I'm not like a huge Smash fan or anything, but that Pro controller is kinda cool.
@Angelic_Lapras_King "That rumored Spirit mode maybe?"
Oh man, you are probably so right. I'm gonna go sit myself in the corner with a dunce cap on now.
And the really sad part is it's the only part of the game I'm truly interested in, Subspace Emissary was great, with a lot of replay value as well. Saving our gray spirits, or playing as gray spirits, returning color to our gray spirits, lots of potential there.
I'm still not interested in the gray Pro, but I'm willing to happily accept it if it means a good single player story mode.
"Pre-orders for the gorgeous [..] fans can grab this beautiful creation..."
Are we looking at the same controller? It looks like a little kid broke it, and the parents were too broke to fix it, so they ordered cheap off-brand parts on eBay and cobbled it back together. Maybe the result of a drunk paint night .. no wait, I know! It was probably the same genius who named the new iPhone XS Max. Power, to the MAX! I imagine the room in which this controller was birthed had an Emperor's New Clothes vibe. Everyone was in on the joke, but that one guy. That one guy had the power to birth this monstrosity...
Ok, ok, I'm done. (But that controller, by god, what were they thinking..??"
I didn't need this. But I just pre-ordered it anyway. Because 3 Pro controllers and 4 sets of joy cons is just not enough.
I am gonna get those NES controllers too. Maybe the Famicom ones as well.
I need to stop.
I wont.
No offence, but that controller is butt-ugly. Get the Zelda edition; it's much sexier...
