Thunderful, the newly-branded publishing entity which merges Image & Form, Zoink Games, and - more recently - Rising Star Games has announced the first two titles that it will publish.
The first of these games is HellFront: Honeymoon, created by Skygoblin. HellFront is a full-on, top-down multiplayer action game where up to four players fight for control over a single-screen battlefield. Base building, troop management and twin-stick shooting all combine to make a balance between strategy and skill.
The game looks like it'll be hitting Switch in the next few months, but an exact date and pricing won't be revealed just yet. We'll have to wait for more information on this one.
The second game is Lonely Mountains: Downhill, a game which was actually scouted by Thunderful's Ed Valiente while he was still working at Nintendo. The objective of the game is simple: get down from a mountain on a bike as fast as possible - or spend as long as you like exploring. There are a few main routes, but there are also a lot of risky and/or rewarding shortcuts where you typically get wonderfully rich or crash to your doom.
Lonely Mountains: Downhill arrives on Switch in 2019.
If you want to see more of both games, make sure to check out Thunderful's PAX West Showreel, which shows off both of these titles and several others including Decay of Logos and Research and Destroy from Rising Star Games.

Decay of Logos will be a must buy when it releases.
Hm, both look fine, but don't have any of the charm their own creations have. Pretty sterile looking creations, but to be fair their genres aren't my taste aswell.
Edit: This comment only referred to the two games mentioned here....Hellsomething and Lonely.....I don't know....the bikeriding game. Cannot even remember their names for more than ten seconds. The last three games in the trailer look pretty neat.
Lonely Mountains seems like it will be a fun time waster.
Visually speaking these two games don't scream to me like the Streamworld series or Stick it to the man/Flipping Death. I'm pretty underwhelmed to be honest and hopefully they have some better looking games in the pipeline cause the previously mentioned games are simply gorgeous in my opinion.
@DickeyWord Watch the video - the last two games are far more interesting, especially Decay of Logos.
@DickeyWord
Also they only publish those games.
Since someone else developed them you can hardly compare them to the games they themselves developed. Though admittedly I hoped they announced new games developed by themselves aswell.
Anthill looks good - will keep an eye on anything Image and Form do. Hellfront reminded me how much i’d like a new General Chaos game.
